Habbox Rare Values

Ok, I'm gonna tell you what I think needs changing. I trade rares all the time.

Normal Rare values- Lapland Greetings - 1.2 CS - Reason - I have seen many people offering 1.2 now. It seems asthough it has gone up. I personaly think that the Habbox values on this item shuld go up to 1.2 CS because lots of people are now willing to pay more than a CS for it.

Study Desk - 2.8 - Reason - No one can sell them in shops. They arnt a stylish piece of furni, niether are they a practical one. I have seen people trying to get rid of them for 2 CS but 2.8 is a reasonable price. I think they will keep falling lower.

Bronze Nelly - 3 CS - Reason - People have become elephant mad! It seems these are the new fashion! Everyone wants them! People are trading them at 3 CS and NOTHING lower. I think they will go up a bit more in the future.

Yellow Parasol - 5.3 CS - Reason - People seem to want the yellow ones more than any others and lots of Rare shop owners are offering no less than 6 CS in some places. 5.3 CS is reasonable becuase some people are still selling at 5 CS.

Nordic table - 1.5 CS - Reason - They are becoming a collectable peice of furni! A nice item and one which I have seen being traded for around 1.5/2 CS

Throne - 18 CS - Reason - Traders are now trading them at no less than 18 CS, they are becoming even more popluar and at around 18 CS is there trading value.

Speaker Corner - 0.3 - Reason - They keep decreasing in value. N one want speaker corners in rooms so they dont sell. Traders are getting rid of them at ridculous rates, sometimes as low 10 RD.

Dice Master - 0.4 - Reason - They are only used in casinos and only a few are willing to trade them. Also people would rather have mocha masters.

Silver Nelly - 2.5 CS - Reason - They are catching up on the bronze! As I said lots of people want them and value seems to carry on increasing, sometimes as high as 4 CS!

Ok, thats all. I hope I'm allowed to do this and I hope you will take my thoughts into consideration

Also I spend a lot of time in trade rooms, so this isnt just my opininion

I've added some more:

Blue Amber - 1.1 - Reason I havnt seen anyone trade for 1 CS they all ask for more. Normaly about 1/1.3.

Aloe Vera - 1.5/1.6 - Reason - People are wanting plants in their room and the Aleo Vera and yukka are good together. People are trading them higher. I expect another increase in value soon.

I removed the Tubmaster as I think it should stay at the same value as it is now.

True with the speakers, but still people dont like them that much :? I'll edit them when I come on later. What do you think about the Throne? I cant get a throne for under 18 hcs :?

lol, ok. I still think that nellys are rising in value, iv had so many people wanting them now days...
