Duke's Rare Values *June 10th*

Sorry I havent been posting rare values as much, but haven't had much time but here are my valeus now =)

Expecting a raise in values from these items....

Throne Sofa- Going up! I have sold these for 3.5 numerous times and have seen other people sell it at this price too. I'd say I've seen it sell at 3.5 about 7 times

Holiday Romance- Going up! These are extremely hard to get a hold of and people really want them now...I've seen them sell at 3.5 twice and 3.2 once

Going Up! Same as the holiday romance. I have seen these sell at 3.5 once, and about 3.3 (norms along with 3 pure) once



Going Up! Both have sold at about 1.7 (hc, a .5 and norms) three times each

Going Up! They look good in summer room, and people usually dont care about losing .1. They have sold at 1.5 three times

Going Up! These are really popular, and have sold at either 1.4 or 1.5 three times

Going up! Have seen these sold for an hc 3 times

Now time for some things going down.....

Going Down! People beg to sell it at a pure hc, but have seen a few sell at 1.2 so id price the value at 1.1



Both fans-going down! Although fans are "summery", both sell at an hc easily, if not lower sometimes for the pink fan...


Going Down! I can't sell mine for more the current price, but I have seen some people give them away at .5 happily, although once in a while ill see someone buy for .8. I'd place the value at .6


Going Down! Another unpopular rare, people have sold at .8 three times, and i even saw one sell for a dicemaster!

Ok, I appreciate any comments since that took a while. A few other notes.....
Not to critcize other rare value report posters, but nordics and tubs have not sold for an hc...at least in any of the trade rooms which i have spent a long time in.

Terracotta pillar- Many ask for 1.5 or 2 hcs for it, but I have only seeen them sell for an hc so far
