First, what are good places to train magic in f2p... im lvl 19 so far

And, what level should i be to kill the Lesser Demon, in the Wizards tower, and can you recieve any damage...?

You dont get hit on lesser caged. But you should buy say, 1k cosmics and 1k saphire rings (shop in port samin) enchant them. Good way.
