Hey i have just brought the domain http://www.dezlabs.com and i want you opion on it so far.

It seem as if you are a noob who has only jsut found the blending options tools.
Many noobs do it.
I also dont like the 'WIP' layout - Its just not clean enough

logos ok but is a bit dark i dont like the layout though with all blending

the logo is overdone and the 'wip' layout is currently too big and there sint much to say about it
