Well people look for popularity in a site, but when a site first opens its hard to get popular, which doesnt really attract many.
You've got to do somthing which no other forum's done.
Habbox forum is popular because of habbox being popular and being one of the first forums. Same with helpdesk, everyone that tries fails now, because there are so many. Make this forum unique and people will visit it.
