Hey, I have noticed for a while, that some furni sells for less of it value, and some sells for more, (seen more that 3 times):

Selling for more:
Throne - 28
Petal - 5
Green Bird Bath - 8
Silver Bird Bath - 8.5
Silver Nelly - 7
Holiday Romance - 3.5
Monolith - 1.5

Selling for less:
Aleo Vera - 3
Nordic - 0.5 ( only seen once)
Oil Lamp - 0.8
Disco - 0.5
Purple Pillow - 0.8

These are values that i have seen many times, also i have told other habbos about this and they totally agree with these values!
