Yeah its the Underground pass is the quest, You gotta kill 3 demons and kill Iban with magical strikes.. Use a online guides and look at reqs.

I think the requirements for UNderground Pass say 35+ Agillity. Dont quote me on it though.

No its just reccomended to have a high agility and trust me it helps a lot . Need about 40+
