"We aim to reply within 2 days"

Yes, they do, the automated Email is sent out almost INSTANTLY, which says:

"Hit reply if you want to discuss or need more help on this" or something...

So you don't actually get a proper reply from the question you asked, you get the SAME automated Email ALL THE TIME, and it can take up to 2 months for them to reply from that.

Done on purpous I can say... annoying, too!
