    Exclamation Looking for Forum Designer

    I'm looking for a forum designer for Habbers Forum located at HabbersForum.com. It's a vBulletin forum and the domain isn't working because some fool deleted the cPanel account but I'm making it again soon. The designer has to be highly skilled. They must have an eye for colour and be able to make great uses of annoying borders which cannot be removed eg, the cover around the page. Habbox hid this by making all bars wide.
