I mean, he can sell whatever price he wants to, there is no real rate. Its just people only tend to stick to 50k-100k, because its a fairer price.
I doubt you will get a constant buyer at 150k though.

Raspberrys, considering neopets is not a popular game, and the neopets habo trade is slow, I've had plenty at 150k per my hc

Thats alright, but you might be better off trying another neopets forum aswell, one that might not be so familiar with habbo.
