Needing a Layout [Pay]

Yeah I need a layout to my specification. It's going to be for a rock music website so will need distinct features on it. It needs to look good and not be brightly coloured as that gives off the wrong image. But not too dark as it's hard to work with dark dark layouts. Maybe a dark blue or something? There needs to be a Main Navigation box,Stats box,Picture box [ a box for just a random picture I can change each week], a disclaimer box at the bottom and a main content box. Also a place for a banner at the top would be good! By 'box' I mean like the place where it goes like on most layouts! Onto pay - it will be out of 3 payments. 1) Habbo furniture. 2) Lots of rep[14 rep power - 10 reps=140 rep] 3) Maybe some paypal cash.
