And my mate is willing to pay £5 for hosting with a cPanel how would he get the hosting and stuff to host on that domain

lgoin to cpanel >>>> file manager>>>> public_html>>>> upload files>>>>uplaod a index.php or htm or html then upload your files easy as 123 abc
