Maybe there could be a tool were you could check on peoples past bans, allowing you to see if a dealer in a casino was safe etc.

That's a really good idea Once one person had scammed and been banned others wouldn't! Mind you, people clone alot. I doubt people would bother cloning each time so +rep

that would work well in casinos although ppl dont get banned much because of scamming in casinos
maby if a normal habbo can add to that list whe/if theyve been scammed by that person but they need proofe or N00BS would just keep puting rubbish in destroyig there repurtation
i dont think MODS should get rid of ppls h8 rms as this would work in the same way

This would be very difficult to implement, as it would mean that user records would have to be on the server at all times, lagging up the hotel even more (think of all those documents) when literally millions of registered Habbos aren't even used any more. It would also open new doors to scripters, who would probably find ways of editing information on the records (there's always something that can be scripted when something new hits the scene).

Also, people could just make a new account. It takes less than a minute to sign up a new Habbo, so the argument that people wouldn't bother is not valid.

Rich, you mentioned Habbo users adding to a certain user's record, that could be abused so badly, and saying that you need proof would require lots of MOD work, having to heed to every call from casinos each time someone loses. Also, the hate rooms are often put up by people who have lost fairly but can't handle losing, that's why the hate rooms are deleted.
