My Valentine's story

This happened to me in the Year 2000.

Thursday 12 February!

Yay me birthday!!!!! I turn 11.
Good day. I sit down. Opposite Amy.
"Aiden..." (That's my real name folks) she said in her girly icky voice.
"Yes" I said trying to ignore her.
"If i write you a valentine day card will you reconize my handwriting" She said.

NOTE TO SELF: OMG! It is so obvious now she just said that!!!!!! Stupid girl!

"No... Of course i wouldn't" I said. I already knew that if i got one it would be from her.

End of day.

Valentine's day would be on Saturday 14 feb that made friday's day...

FRIDAY THE 13TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Bad luck day
2. Valentine cards at school had to be given out.
3. It was my full day of being a 11 yr old (Bad news)

I gulp. Amy looks at me. I know i'm going to hate my day. I look around the classroom and head to my draw.
I see a hand made valentine's card *gulp* I pretend i never saw it and put it to the back of my draw.
Break comes.
Amy is furious i haven't saw it yet but says nothing.
I finally pretend that i see it.
Oh.... I say.
Great i got one...
Amy is literally smiling.
It's hand made so it's folded up 3 times.
Folded into half.
Folded into 4 squares
Folded into 8
But she amde it like a little book.

The front said:

Be my Valentine
Read back...

The back said:

Please do not tell Amy or Charlotte (amy's best friend) about this.
Please read all the way through.

It was now 100% obvious it was her.

I read page 1 had doodles and squilles.

Did till i got to the 5th page it said open all the way out like an a4 piece of paper.

I did.

My heart was so happy.

It said.

****ER! In a big cross bone! She didn't fancy me!

Or did she? Walknig along the corridor still staring in disbelief and she comes along side chucks the card in the bin and we forgot about it.

But in Year 11, i still know her. And it's getting to that time of year!

It's 99% obvious she is flirting with me.....

*Gulp* So i better think of a plan......
