This is probaly the most stupid idea but you could use it in a casino or falling furni or others. and it could look to see if they have ever scammed before it could also look at the ip if its scammed on other accounts.
but it would be pretty hard to make!

There is no way to tell if someone has scammed or not, and in some households, more than one person accesses Habbo so you can't really tell if they scammed or not. Besides, IPs can be changed.
