Rare Report #1

Hello, as you probably know this is not my first report, but it is the first weekly rare report in a series lasting for the rest of this year and maybe longer, for your information i will only report rares which i have seen selling for more or less than there habbox recomended trade price, as there is no need to inform you about something which hasnt changed, so i hope you enjoy reading it as i did reporting it.

So Red Is For Rares Selling Lower Than Theyre Habbox Recomended Price

And Purple for Rares Selling For A Higher Amount than the Habbox recomended Price

First Less Than Habbox Recomended Price!
The Greek Pillar (seen 5 times) Has Been Selling For 1 CS 0.2 less than the Habbox Guideline

The Red Dragon (seen 6 times) Is Selling At 1.3-1.5 So it may be going down but hard to tell
The Red Amber (seen 4 times) Is Selling At 2.7 So It Is Gradually Reducing In value, maybe because there is not much demand for them ( i have seen a lot in normal rooms and not many in trade rooms!

Now onto the Rares Increasing In Value

The Sky Dragon Lamp (seen 8 times) is increasing from the 1 CS suggested to between 1.2-1.3, Probably because it has been out of the catologue for a while now.
Although the price of the Oil Lamp (seen 5 times) was dropped to 0.8 I have seen it selling for the Old Value of 1 HC in rare trade rooms!
Also The Speakers Corner (seen 3 times) has gone up slightly in value to 1 CS as this is the only price i have seen it selling for.
