Rare Values This Morning

1.5 - Down - Yep these are GOING DOWN. More and more and coming out everyday because of those who have joined habbo club. This is why the value is decreasing. Seen twice this morning!

0.9 - Down - These did sell at 1.5 when they were released but people are sick of seeing them at the moment. Seen 5 times at least.

0.9 - Down - The pink fan does not even sell for 1 hc sofa. They are over-rated and do not look very good in rooms. Seen 4 times.

1.0 - Down - If you're lucky, you will just about manage to sell a red fan for this price. 1.4 is a price I have never seen it sell for. Seen twice.

1.0 - Down - 1.5 is a price I haven't seen the green dragon sell for a while. It's new change in value which everyone is happy to buy and sell for is 1.0. Seen 5 times - especially is Sukia
0.9 - Down - People sell purple pillows less for a hc as they're becoming a struggle to get rid of. People who have lots do deals such as "10 Purple pillows for your 9 hcs" Seen 3 times.

7.0 - Down - Is it just me or am I the only one who thinks Green birdbaths have stopped increasing? I've seen a number of times owners of a green birdbath sell for 7.0 which is still a healthy value. Seen 4 times.

2.0 - Up - Samavours are becoming hard to find so people are paying that little bit extra. Seen 3 times.

11.5 - Up - Green pillows are probably the hardest normal rare to find. This is why people are offering more for it. Seen 3 times

1.0 - Up - Study desks are DEFINATELY 1.0 and not 0.9 Many people are happy to buy and sell at this price. Seen 6 times!

Also: I think having the single imp as a value is not necessary as no one ever seems to report on it.
