Expert PHP Web Coder needed.

I need a PHP coder to code my site www.ourhabbouk.co.uk a new user system with the following:

• Editablle Profile
• Members List (50 users per page)
• VIP Sysetm
• Different colours for each usergroup
• Call for help system

And an admin panel with:

• Ability to edit users
• add/remove/modify usergroups
• put users in usergroups
• alert site
• alert members
• ban users
• unban users

A Mod Panel with:

• alert user
• ban user
• view user details
• view call for helps (needs a pickup button)
• edit a users usergroup
• acess to mods only

If you do this, you will get from me:

Your looking at well over £200 for a site like that. The amount of coding that would need to be done would take over 3 months to finish.
Coding isnt cheap remember its taking peoples time up to do it for you.

For what your offering you would be lucky to get a registration and login page :/

I Will Do It.. Or Do most of it... I don't have anything better to do. Im not going to have it done by a deadline. We can get a basic system up then keep adding the features one by one?? Sound good?
