You are putting the pin in the SMS part when you paid with a landline phone ?
Or the other way round.

Did you buy it from Runescape? If so, you're just typing it in wrong, or in the wrong section. Or if bought from someone else, scammed.

I bought a pin off some1 and typed in my own phone # since apaprntly it dosnt matter...

I clicked pay by phone and hit accept terms I think it was sms though

Dont you have to type the number of the phone that bought the code from?

Just don't buy from people unless you can guarantee they're trusted.
