I haven't had this trouble and I bought credits just the other day by SMS. E-mail Habbo to complain about it and maybe they'll at least give you credits to make up for the money you lost on your mobile.

I dont buy credits but my friend that buys the credits for me for rare has never had any porblem with that.

Just email habbo im sure they will be able to give you the amount of credits but you will need proof.

No offence but your having a laugh there arent u?
Firstly if u do email you'll have to email like 10 million times before u get a reply then when you do get a reply its probly automated then when u get a reply off a PERSON they will probly make some other reason up and blame it on you and you'll end up with no credz and minus alot of phone credit.
