Sulake Corporation is an interactive entertainment company specializing in massively multiplayer online games and communities. Our main product is Habbo Hotel. The Habbo brand has been extended already to mobile games and content and merchandise. An animation series is also coming in the near future.

Currently we have 270 employees and operate in 18 countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, China and Brazil. The turnover of the Group in 2005 was almost 30 MEUR, which was more double the revenue of 2004. Similar growth in 2006 has continued. In 2005, Sulake was ranked 8th in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 EMEA list of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Fast 500 measures sustained revenue growth over five years. Sulake growth percent over the last five years was astonishing 8173 %. Sulake was the only company representing interactive entertainment and content creation in Top 10 companies. The owners of Sulake Corporation are Taivas Group, 3i Group, Elisa Group, Benchmark Capital, and personnel.

Currently we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) for the following European countries: the UK, the Netherlands, France and Belgium. The main tasks include: evaluation, execution and development of marketing & media strategy, partner strategy and launch marketing of brand extensions in all markets within the region. RMM is working closely with each country manager (CM) and RD (regional director) of the region and is part of the Regional Team (consisting mainly of RD and RMMs, but also of Finance and Community). RMM reports to RD and has a dotted line reporting to Director of Regional Marketing & Communications at headquarters (Helsinki, Finland) in all marketing related topics. This position requires frequent traveling within the region.

Main responsibilities:
- Marketing and media strategic planning
- Partner strategy and advertising planning
- Local marketing implementation and localization
- Brand management

Key competences:
- Good skills in marketing, marketing management and marketing communications
- Good understanding of international marketing and branding

- Experience in media planning and marketing efficiency analysis

- Expertise of all media and especially of online and teens industry
- Strong project management and decision making skills
- Willingness to work both in planning and execution
- Good communication, analytical and team working skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment (cross-cultural + language skills)
- Region’s language skills (French, Dutch) and fluent English
