I have heard complaints about Habbo Hotel's customer service department (The contact us place!), so I decided to investigate. I sent my email using the 'Contact us' form, and selected 'other' on the dropdown menu. My question was: Who could I cancel my account if I wanted to? (Of course I'm not going to! I was just wondering!).
Sure as sugar, I pressed send and it zipped away though my fiberoptic broadband cable and into the internet, and also as sure as sugar, I got the autoreply back for when you choose 'Other' on the dropdown menu.
This is the email in my Gmail account. Note the date - Jan 11.
So it says to reply back if the message doesn't fit under one of the headings, so I did.
And that's where it says you should reply, and the reply - sent on Jan 12.
So today is Jan 28 and it says it should take 3-6 days or somat like that. I don't know about you, but who thinks I'll get a reply before 2006?
