You're a looter? You deserve to attack higher levels by mistake and die. Also I can't tell if you are from the bad quality of the picture but if you're wearing a different wilderness cape to the person your mouse is over the first option is attack, no matter what their level is.

Haha Jamie. Also I think you've edited all of this and you're posting in .jpg (I actually think you first saved in .png than re-saved in .jpg so the quality would mess up, the quality doesn't mess up if you first save as .bmp than as .jpg. or something) because in a better file format we could see that you're not good at editing. The end.
