My mate started weight lifting when he was about 11, he's 17 now and built like Arnie (slight exxageration, but he's massive)
So no 13 isn't too young.![]()

I started weight lifting when i was 12(Only 13 now...) with my dad, I use the gym thing in the garage 3 days a week, Hopefully i'll actually be able to tell the difference!
i used dumbbells but dont use them if there too heavy for you
