To be honest, I dont know where you're getting half of your values from! Everyone reports the green dragon as decreasing and you increase it :rolleyes:
Anyway..
1.0 - Down - No one pays any more and no one sells any less then this price. Seen so many times that I've lost count!

3.5 - Down - This is the maximum I've seen the throne sofa go for. Where on earth did you get 4.0 from? No one has reported that value. Seen 5 times.

0.8 - Down - Where did you get 1.2 from? lol. No one has reported that either. Purple pillows are too easy to find! They aren't increasing in value. They're decreasing in value! Put them down habbox. Seen 7 times.

0.9 - Down - People add normals to the terracotta pillar to get their 1.0 rare. Seen 4 times.

Cola Machine - 1.5 - This is the stable price for the cola machines at the moment. Seen 5 times.

13.0 - 17.0 - Up - The value is a bit unclear at the moment but put it this way - It is definately increasing! Seen 4 times.

2.0 - Up - These are also increasing as they look quite good in Summer rooms. Seen 3 times - all in SUKIA trade room.
