Anyone else love this game?
The 2006 cup has started, and somerset set it off with a BANG! Against Gloucestershire!
They set so many records it was unbelievable.
Somerset won the title last year.
Cameron White (somerset Captain) managed to score 116 off just 53 balls, a strike rate of over 200. Which equaled the world record.
The teams total was 250-3, a new WORLD record in 20/20 cricket.
Justin Langer + Cameron White managed to produce a 186 partnership, which is again a new record for the longest partnership in 20/20 cricket.
In reply, Gloucestershire managed to get 133 ALL OUT.
oo I hope it's like that all season.
