At lvl 45 theiving on runehq it says you can theive from freminniks are these the warriors at the fremink town, i only not sure because when is earch them on runehq nothing comes up :S help please, + rep for whoever gives me info ty

Go to Relleka they are there but i suggest just go to fally and pickpocket men cause each time you die you respawn in the white knight castle =]
