I dont see what everyone sees in your style that amazing them. No disrespect or anyting, but that template is impracticle due to its small content areas.
I relaly dont like it.
I also dont like your overuse of Blending Options, and those images to the left of your content areas ''/

Once you try do different layouts you get good at it.

I think you need to learn some new styling. Youve got the dark, busy, clan styling. Try something new. Dont make your templates too similar

I think your templates are too heavy, and monotonous, and too impracticle, but your skills are there. I think you need to develp them.

I think you need to work on your image work as well. Not the webdesign sections, but the headers, and the merge of images etc
