You need 33 slayer to kill harpies.
And dagganoths, probably too strong for you though.
I'd stick with guards

Guard In all major cities, at entrances etc, and there's some in the Varrock Castle.
32 Tribesman These can be found all over the Karamja Jungle.
34 Bandit Camp Humans Includes Black Heather, Donny the Lad and Speedy Keith. All can be found at the Bandit Camp in the wilderness

41 Abyssal Leech the Abyss.

72 Vampire Vampires are found East of Canifis (in Morytania).
74 Dagannoth Under the lighthouse, North of the Barbarian Agility Course.

If its a map clue, what do i need to take with me, seeing as i havent done observatory quest, so i havent got any of the equipment..

Is it sextant, chart and something else?
