Someone payed me 20£ on 20th of June and was expected to clear today at 6.15 and it still ain't here says latest date is 9 days and been over 9 days any1 know what problem is?

If he sent it after 5PM, it could take another day
If he sent it after 5PM on Saturday, or anytime Sunday, it may take another few days

There must have been a reason. They don't just 'close accounts' for the sake of it.
