    Post SMS VIP Reactivated

    Following the SMS VIP system been temporarily deactivated due to problems, we think we have now discovered the problems and come up with the solution, therefore SMS VIP has now been reactivated

    I have updated the thread, but will put below what the problem was so that no one makes the same mistake:

    When buying VIP it's very important not to put your username and colour in "quotation marks/speech marks" as this means we do not get your confirmation e-mail thus no VIP is added. For example if you was buying black VIP for Seacat you would send the following text: GL HabboxVIP Seacat Black and NOT GL HabboxVIP "Seacat" "Black"
