Any good pixel artists want a job at my site?

Hey Im looking for pixel artists who can make me alterations i need for my site, You must show me examples, and if there good i will accept it and let you become a pixel artist, examples od alterations you will make is a down for maintenance sign, banneres, and if you can make animations animations, NOTE: these jobs do not pay! I only pay to get layouts done and/or shoucast and domain serveres.

You wont get anything unless you're either a popular website inwhich the artists will get publiscity (sp?) for their work or if you pay for it.

Ill do it but your going to have to pay , because usaully now and days if your website is not popular , you pay for the alts you recieve
