There should be a button making certain furni only movable by the owner, say you really want something kept without it being moved by people trashing the room. Or if you want the whole room unmovable.Only the people can have rites. And and unkickable button, so you can make it so your friends will not be kicked by untrustworthy people in the room, or make everyone unkickable so the people with rites can move furni. All of this of course would not effect the owner, and the owner only gets the buttons.
