banned habbo's

im sure alot of people would agree with me here that peoples habbos that have been banned for over a year or whatever should be reinstated and if there not used by there owner within like a month then the habbos existance should be wiped so the name is free to use by new guests! whos with me?!!

This has nothing to do with competitions, please be more careful and post it in the right thread in future, and maybe that could happen if the habbo has no furniture what so ever, but all banned habbos I can garentee it would never happen.
