Ok I need help on an operation, it's the first one on chapter 2, it said I should use ultra sound to find the problem then use the tweezers on it then the scalple to get rid of it, I don't know if I'm doing it right though because I can't seem to go fast enough to get them all as loads come at once..Anyone help?

oh that operation. right you have to be really fast. get the ones that are closer to the right of the screen. once its been blasted by ultrasound u can cut it out and remove it with the vacume
