How do you set up a subscriptiosn page like habbox have done to purchase VIP?

But how do you make it so wen u choose on the subscription page. it goes to paypal with that amount?

Its not tho, its to do with VBulletin which youll never guess what? vBulletin is a FORUM whod of thunk it. So no prizes for guessing it should go into the forum section
