Free Web Host Control Panel?

Ok, Im not posting this in the web host section because not many people look at it. Also this shouldnt be under computer problems or anything because what i am about to ask about is a script.

I need a good free webhost control panel. for Windows Server 2003. If anyone gives any useful help then +REP.

I have tried Cubepanel and it isnt very good, i got the lite version put the license file on that they sent me and it didnt let me have 30 domains "/.

Webmin was meant to work on windows but it doesnt.

i dont like zPanel. I liked Webmin but you cant install that on Windows Server 2003. Webmin.com say you can but it cant. I have tried CubePanel but as i said above the free license they sent me didnt work. I found a Control Panel begining with a P and then at the end VCP but i reformatted my windows server and i forgot the name =[. i did use Linux as a webserver and it all worked and everything. There is also alot more panels out for Linux but i like my Windows as well
