already looked into that, it appears to be you text the number and you instruct paypal to credit from your account to the person your texting

www.glpayment.co.uk is what habbox uses. dont know if it transfers to paypal though.

I got account with them, however if you dont use it often, then the money in your account will be rollover until it goes over £50. BUT after 3 months if you have not reached £50 then they will send you the money and charge you a £10 administration fee! (Which is deducted)
