9.0 - Down - I think habbox have over rated the silver nelly but maybe that's just me??? Seen 5 times.

4.0 - Down - I haven't seen aloe veras go for 5.0 once. I only see 4.0 in trade rooms. Seen 4 times.

1.4 - Down - Yellow Parasols are over-rated. I never see them sell for more then 1.5. Seen 6 times.

1.3 - Down - Some sell for 1.5 and now some people are even asking for just 1.0. 1.3 is about the average. Seen 5 times.

4.0 - Down - I also think the hammock is over-rated by habbox. I've seen countless times in trade rooms people only asking for 4hcs. Seen 7times.

0.5 - Down - These now easily sell for 0.5. 2 are sold for 1 hc sofa. Seen 6 times.

4.0 - Down - Because of the talk about the high possibility of petals being released again this summer, petals are now selling for this price. Seen 5 times.

19.0 - Up - These are catching up with the throne now! They are just so hard to find so more is being offered. Shooting up in value. Seen 2 times.

1.1 - Up - The value for this item is very unbalanced at the moment but just recently it's been selling for a hc sofa + a few normals. Seen 4 times in normal trade rooms.

13.5 - Up - These are also very hard to find at the moment. The value is rocketing! Seen 5 times in rare trade rooms.
