How to stop getting hacked

Well my mate and me had a bet who could hack each other the fastest.
he won and told me how he did it.
1. He clicked on the [Rocover A Lost Pass Link]
2.To begin the password recovery process, first enter the details below:

Runescape username: E-mail address (to identify you)
We will NEVER email you. Type of query:I have forgotten my password Someone else has changed my password Someone else knows my recovery answers
he put my runescape name in the boxs and my email and the type of query.
3. then the next take came up about old passwords ect ect and that is where thay get you some people tell there mates there old pass's please dont do this this is the way alot of people that i know have been getting hacked.


If a mod would like to closed this it is up to them i only posted this here to show you that it can happend.

i dnt know any1 that would tell any1 any password or old password its pretty daft and you think you would have recovery questions on ur account wudnt u?

To be honest any password giving wheather old, new, future is just a no no to giving out.
