How do these enterprises work? Does the owner buy a lot of coins and pay his staff? Does he get paid to "protect" people? Does he extort? How do they make money?

Also, its dumb that mafia is bleeped out in hobba hotel.

whel mostly the owners are rich so the dont care what the pay mostly its furni and i dunno how the get it but the do :p but the get som times furni for jobs i think :s i only have workt in a mafia of a m8 :p he didnt pay at firts but later he did :p

Well I think basically you hang around in the owners room and go there when you can, you'll probably be asked to change your clothes to something specific and probably have the name of the room in your mission. Some owners pay the members every week or so but some don't. There are also sometimes ranks, higher ranks get higher pay than lower ones. But remember not all of them pay, and although somebody might say they will it doesn't mean they're telling the truth.

Mafias work on a simple system There is always a list of ranks and the higher the ranks the better pay they get each week. Now most mafias will say there are two ways to move up a rank. Work hard or Donate and usually the 2nd way is the only way you can move up a rank. At the end of the week the owner will trade the rares he gained via donations and trade them in to get norms to pay his staff now the staff will eventually want higher pay and will donate again to move up another rank this circle continues and when a staff member is fired it is very unlikely they recieve a refund. These gangs, companies, mafias and enterprises all work on a similar system of donations.

Of course the owner may have bought a few credits to furnish the rooms but the payments are usually covered out of the donations.

I have never worked on a Mafia,
But i think that they have to where certain clothes.
Then they get promoted for how often they go their.
But all they really do is stand/sit their
Sounds a bit boring to me
