I like the Loveshack as well but the rest.. I think it's just a bit too much furni and not too much furni related to the theme.

For example, your area dining. There's only 1 place where people can dine lol. All the rest are just sitting down :S

And the rest i admit are over the top. I just get carried away with all the furni in my hand ol:

I like them all, apart from the v9 lobby room, I don't like the idea of HCs and Throne Sofas.
