I think Green BB, Hammocks and Holiday romances have reached their maximums for awhile.

However, there is no stopping the green pillow (Unless they are re-released)

Hammock and Holiday Romance won't go too high, and they're bulky items that don't really look good, and they're only rising because they're hard to get hold of.

I think in the Summer holidays they will all continue to rise very high.

Basically, its all down to S&D.
Green Pillows -> Low Supply; High Demand, themed well, the most valuable chair therefore most casino owners want them. Probably going to rise, then drop, then rise again, etc etc etc.
Bird Baths -> Mediocre Supply; Quite high demand, look good in casinos. Look fabulous, some casinos will buy bulk, some will have none. Steadily rising as more and more are bought and kept in rooms.
Hammock -> Only popular because they are hard to find, dont look or fit in well with all themes, just summer ones. When summer finishes, dropping like thrones i imagine. Same with HR.

Birdbaths, will rise another HC or so, then stop for a bit. Varieing in value
Hammock and Holiday Romance, they'll both drop after summer to about 3HC each, when knowone needs them for their room no more.
