But how do you add users can someone help i have all the files

well have you installed it? You should of chosen a admins pass when you were installing it. You enter the username and password which you made while installing and than click "add users" when your into the main bit.

Yeah when you log in you should have an administraition panel in which you can add/remove user's etc
