Non VIP members are now allowed to have as many pictures as they want in their signature, as long as they are below each other, each picture is not wider than 700 pixels, and the total height of all pictures together is not more than 150 pixels.

Yours is 300pixels height, which is the VIP limit and your not VIP =P
