    Default Sunburnt

Yesterday was my schools Sports Day. It was quiet fun, with sack races, tug-o-war and rounders etc. Unfortuantly, we were out in the sun all day.

It was only near the end of the day when I took off my sweat band and realised a white mark. I looked at my arm and noticed that my arm was red. I didn't hurt, but it burns now I've tried to cool it down by putting water on it, blowing it etc, but it doesn't work. I guess it was my fault for not putting on sun-cream, but is there anything I can do to stop the burning?

Put Aftersun cream on, or Nivia Intensive Care cream. Both soothe down the burning and makes the redness die down.

Yes Aftersun is normally great, about two weeks ago I had really bad sunburn from the beach and in about 2 days it went away after using aftersun.

After sun cream is good along with cool baths.
Aloe vera products are a good way to get the colour and heat out. Hope it gets better!
