Yesterday was my schools Sports Day. It was quiet fun, with sack races, tug-o-war and rounders etc. Unfortuantly, we were out in the sun all day.
It was only near the end of the day when I took off my sweat band and realised a white mark. I looked at my arm and noticed that my arm was red. I didn't hurt, but it burns nowI've tried to cool it down by putting water on it, blowing it etc, but it doesn't work. I guess it was my fault for not putting on sun-cream, but is there anything I can do to stop the burning?
