    I have no idea =[

I have puppy dog fat, I've been eating better and doing crunches and bike riding, and I can feel a little difference (3days). My stomach feels tighter, and more harder =} Could be working!

Maybe you could tell us your weight?

You must eat the right food, and no snacking (unless its healthy :p) like fruit.

If you have the will power to do it, you CAN do it.

    Run.
    Running loses fat the most.
Sit ups loses fat way slower then running.

I would recommend swimming over any other sport or excerise, you have alot less likely chance to hurt yourself, and its a good workout for your whole body
