Alrighty, get your hair about shoulder length, when it is there you need to make it curl upwards. Then get it dyed Black, and get light blue or blue streask

Posted this in another thread. Magazines have great ideas also. Or go to yor local hair dresser and ask for a hair trial, they should have a few ideas and will show you how to style it.
