All resellers are set up with a max bitrate of 96kbs

10 acounts 1000 listeners = £1 or 1 hc
25 acounts 2500 listeners = £2 or 2 hc
50 acounts 5000 listeners = £3.50 or 3.5 hcs
50 acounts 7500 listeners = £4 or 4hc
100 acounts 10,000 listeners = £7 or 7 hc
100 acounts 20,000 listeners = £8 or 8hc
