Buying Runescape for Cash

Alright so I closed it last time, then I asked a mod and said that it may just be ok to do. Here is my reasoning: people pay real life money for members and sell for rs money. People spend money on habbo credits and sell for rl money. What's the difference??? Anyway I dont spend as much as people do on ebay, but scammers flock to ebay and this seems safer...
On my 16th birthday I recieved over $600. I come from a pretty rich family so my colledge and car thing is all taken care of... Now I say why not spend rl money on runescape?...

Price guide:
Mills (10+ Million): $5 per mill when over 10.

Mills (9.99M to 5M): $3 per mill when under 9.99M

Items (price listed in mills/100k's. Must be over 5M worth): $2.50 per mill worth of item and $.25 per 100k. Example item is 1.1M $2.75

Santa hats: $105 ($5.25 per mill+)

Green masks: $125 (tad more than santa)

Blue masks: $165 (tad more than green)

Red masks: $205 (aprox $6 per mill+)
